Assessment Information:

•      The amount of $200.00 is due annually.

•      All homeowners pay the same amount that is due February 9th. 

•      Assessment is for the calendar year, Jan 1 thru Dec. 31. 

•      Assessment invoices are mailed out in January. 

•      Assessments may be paid by cash, check, money order, or online. (See online info below)

•      Make checks payable to "Lake at Manchac Homeowners' Association"

•      Mailing address: P.O. Box 135, Prairieville, LA 70769-0135

•      Assessments are not optional. Terms and conditions are set forth in the Deed Restrictions.
